About Spruce Hill Acres
Our Mission
At Spruce Hill Acres, our mission is connecting our communities while working together on educating the youth and the public about the agriculture industry.
Farm Field Trip
Dutchmen Pals from Annville Cleona High School came to the farm in May for an animal scavenger hunt where they learned about horses, donkeys, cows, goats, and chickens. They also had a wonderful cuddling session with our favorite farm dog "Jo". The smiles radiated happiness all over the farm.
Our History
Spruce Hill Acres Farm was founded in 2023 by Margaret "Maggie" McAteer. Maggie's love of agriculture combined with her passion for ensuring that everyone has a voice is why we do what we do.
We can say it all started with a goat or two. And we could not be where we are in our journey without the wisdom and support from Ben, Doris, Dawn, Tony Casey and Tim.
